I had a lovely week at this hotel, with some really friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. The room was nice, though it could use a bit of renovation. The pool was a highlight, but it was quite cold at night. The food was generally good with a nice variety, although breakfast had room for improvement. I appreciated the convenience of the free shuttle, but plan ahead as it fills up fast. All in all, a satisfying stay where the staff truly made a difference.
